Solar Plug In Station:
The Solar Charge-Port provides 100% clean energy production from the sun. We have
integrated our charging station into the P.V. panels, integrated our battery storage
component for “shady” days, and created enough structural flexibility to replace the
panels as new technologies develop in the solar industry.
Carbon Day has developed a Solar Charge-Port with Smith-Gill Architecture to
solve all concerns with taking additional energy from the grid. All Cell Technologies has created an external battery storage component to be a self sufficient product.
The Charge-Port also can act as storm water detention as it ties into the storm
sewer and can be recycled through the Grey water filtration systems through the
center of our “roof” for irrigation or other hydro purposes.

Coulomb Technologies is the creator and manufacture of the ChargePointTM. Coulomb is based out of Campbell, Ca. Coulomb’s smart plug-in vehicle charging infrastructure, called the ChargePointTM Network, communicates with and individually controls SmartletTM Networked Charging Stations to provide authentication, usage monitoring and real-time control. The SmartletTM Networked Charging Stations perform bi-directional energy metering and wireless communication, enabling a sustainable business model that meets the needs of drivers, utility companies and municipalities. The ChargePointTM handles level 1 and level 2 charging. The NEC standard came out with a J1772 standard for all new 240V charging stations. Today, Coulomb is delivering 110V units and as soon as the UL certifies the components on the 240V charging Coulomb will be shipping this product out. This is projected to be in shipment by end of Q3 2009.
